Auto Contractor Payments
The majority of compliance admin is the nonsense that is the processing of invoices.
When a certificate is uploaded could a payment automatically be sent to a contractor? Or at least one payment for all certificates uploaded within a month. Without contractors having to invoice us and users having to manually process.
Potentially TC users pre-pay into an online wallet/balance and this is used to allocate payments to contractors.
Weekly reports are then sent to a users finance team, for any applicable costs to be applied back to residents service charge in the case of communal items.
